BATCH-OFF PRODUCTION OF RUBBER COMPOUNDS
Traditional system:
a mix of inert powders dispersed in water.
Deposits a fine layer of releasing powder on the surface of the item.
Innovative system:
water-based mix of modified low-lathering soaps, completely powder-free.
Advantages:
The new release agents for batch-off production deposit a transparent layer on the surface of the compound, thus removing any dirt from the machinery, the production line and the working environment caused by the use of conventional release agents.
RUBBER HOSES
We offer our customers a complete package of water-based release agents for the manufacture of rubber hoses on RIGID OR FLEXIBLE MANDRELS, and LONG LENGTH for low, medium and high pressure, supporting the entire production process of rubber hoses, from formulating the under-layer to extrusion.
Our release agents are designed to be used with all types of compounds, including silicon-based.

TEXTILE
Ready-to-use treatment for application by immersion bath after each vulcanising cycle.

MOULDING OF MULTI-LAYER FELT PADS WITH PHENOLIC RESIN
Semi-permanent release agents with long-lasting effectiveness allow more items to be moulded with a single application, thus reducing soiling of moulds and moulded items; the surface is ready for the addition of further components without intermediary processes.
DIE CASTING
A range of release agents formulated specifically for die-casting of non-ferrous aluminium and light metals, and for Zamak casting.
